How we operate it- SFS Strategies acts as an employer for independent contractors who work under temporary contracts through an employment agency or directly with end user.
- The contractor becomes an employee of SFS Strategies and signs an employment contract with it.
- All contract administration between you and the agency or client is taken care of by the SFS Strategies.
- Invoices are raised based on your timesheet, chase and collect all outstanding funds owed to you swiftly and within agreed payment terms as stated within the contracts by SFS Strategies.
- PAYE Tax, and National Insurance is deducted along with any other deductions indicated by HMRC by SFS Strategies.
- Statutory employment benefits such as statutory sick pay, maternity and paternity pay are made available by SFS Strategies.
